Twenty Years Before We Started

I spent two decades as a construction worker across the Bay Area. I saw homes change. I saw contractors rush through jobs. I watched families move into renovated spaces and immediately wonder if something would fail. That gap between doing work and doing it right—that stayed with me.

In 2021, I decided to start Lalos House & Deck Masters. Not to become a bigger company. To build one where punctuality, reliability, and pride in the work weren't optional. Where every project—whether it's a deck, a kitchen remodel, or a foundation waterproofing—gets treated like it's ours. Because when you're in someone's home, it is.

We've been serving Tiburon and the Bay Area since then. The work draws on all those years in construction, but the approach is entirely different. We show up on time. We finish what we start. We care about the detail that no one sees but you'll feel for years.
